om namo bhagavathe vasudevaya dhanwantharaye amritha kalasha hasthaya

sarva aamaya vinashaya thrailokya nathaya sri mahavishnave namah


asmin parathman nanu paadmakalpe 

thvamidhamudhapitha padmayonih

anandabhooma mama roga rasim

nirundhi vathalaya vasavishno


komalam koojayan venum

shyamaloyam kumarakah

vedavedhyam param bhrahma 

bhasatham puratho mama


anayasena maranam vinadhainyena jeevanam

dehime kripaya sindho thvaya bhakthim achanchalam
