thvamkdhamudhapitha padmayonih

anandabhooma mama rogarasim

nirundhi vathalaya vasavishno


komalam koojayan venum

shyamaloyam kumarakaha

vedavedhyam param brahma 

bhasatham puratho mama


om namo bhagavathe vasudevaya 

dhanwantharaye amritha kalasha hasthaya

sarva aamaya vinashaya thrailokya

thrayambakam yajamahe
